What is it about?

The paper starts with the constitutional background of the natural resources protection in the Czech Republic and then describes briefly the main legislation on the protection of : agricultural land, forests, nature and landscape, water and air quality, mineral resources and renewable energy sources in the Czech Republic.

The paper enables to see and compare the main features of the natural resources protection of the small Central European country with other legislations. It shows certain data, figures and charts.
