What is it about?
The denationalization of the homo viator transformed into homo sacer, the non-figure, no longer protected by the State, no longer able to call on the State for life making. In international law terms, this is denial of jus soli and hyper-focus on jus sanguinis – the denial of land as a basis of nationality and hyper-focus on blood as the basis for identity.
