This paper explores the growing trends of globalization of information technology services. It draws from the years of experience with globalization and the Internet, in the research program at the University of Rhode Island (URI) conduced by Ruby Roy Dholakia and Nikhilesh Dholakia.

Perspectives

The editors of the journal "Decision" (published from IIMC - the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, India), IIMC professor Priya Seetharaman and Victoria University (NZ) professor Jocelyn Cranefield are working on an edited book that will feature, among other papers, an updated version of this paper and its commentaries.
