What is it about?
Two cases that were treated with Methilprednisolone had thier neuropsichiatric symptoms (NPs) reversed. NPs is cause by different ways: metabolic changes in the Tryptophan and Phenylalanine Pathways, Toxic action by Kynurenine byproducts, autoantibody formation, and immune deficiency by lynphopenia promoting reactivation of latent virus.
