Why is it important?
The Riga Traditional Dance Club serves as an example of good practice for how a cultural heritage is preserved and passed down to the younger generation in Latvia.
Perspectives
Young people today get to know the world in a different and broad way, and they develop a cosmopolitan worldview – but a belonging not just to one country, but to Europe as a whole, and even the whole world. The young people maintained that they would be able to adapt to life in a different social space and culture relatively easily.
