What is it about?

This paper discusses an approach which attempts to help students develop oral presentation skills while also catering for the needs of those in the group who may be apprehensive about the prospect of speaking in public. It looks at what we already know about public speaking anxiety and what solutions based on the development of self-efficacy might help.

The paper introduces an approach to helping students develop oral presentations which incorporates activities that account for this link to self-efficacy.
