Nutrition assessment before liver transplantation patients is very challenging. The present original article tries to overcome the problem but analyzing the different nutrition assessment tools to find out most appropriate one for pre-Liver Transplantation patients.

Why is it important?

The study showed SGA as a better nutrition assessment tool for understanding the nutrition state of the pre-liver transplant patients. SGA showed association which most of prognostic and clinical variables of liver transplantation.
