What is it about?
Central Asian republics are wrongly perceived by the world community for certain reasons and with certain results. The study aims to analyse crucial inaccuracies in this perception, to identify general reasons underlying the weakness of cultural diplomacy of these republics and to develop recommendations for its strengthening.

Why is it important?
First, people in countries outside of Central Asian region should know about [their] most common mistakes in perception of central Asian republics. Second, people in all states and regions on the example of wrong perception of Central Asian republics can see and understand how and why their own countries and regions may be / are wrongly percept. Third, people within Central Asian republics should be well-aware about such a problem in order to develop and implement proper mechanism of managing this problem.
Perspectives
I hope people within and outside Central Asia at least slightly benefit from this paper.
