Innoversity is a term coined from INNOvation and UniiVERSITY. It provides a useful tool for building teams and motivating team members to accomplish shared foals.

Why is it important?
Innoversity is applied to a student team, and a real-life examle is described, when his approach was used to conduct a highly interdisciplinary project of designing and building seawater-activated reserve batteries.
Perspectives
Innoversity has proven a very useful tool in coordinatingteams of high diversity, including dffeirences in gender, religiuon, ethnicity, mother tonge, expertise, and education level. Therefore, the methodology reported can be applied in a wide variety of projects and many different geographic locations.
