Why is it important?

Implementation Science is a relatively new approach and well considered in the broader health sector. Organisation Science has been around for a number of decades and is a mature area across many sectors. Implementation Science focuses more on frameworks whereas Organisation Science focuses more on theories and models. Both can inform each other and possibly result in better change implementation outcomes.
