What is it about?

To improve the estimates of infiltration rates dimensionless form of Kostiakov model was proposed. The present paper analyses the reliability of dimensionless form of kostiakov model by applying it to infiltration data from different parts of the world. It has been found that application of nonlinear optimization provides a better alternative.
