What is it about?

Perspectives
"The Meca Sapiens Blueprint" is the culmination of a rigourous research effort. Many years ago I determined that no problem solving system, however powerful would be accepted as fully intelligent unless it was also perceived to be conscious. I decided a system architecture had to be complete to be valid and refrained from publishing any partial result until it had been achieved. The architecture I created includes many original models and structures. However, all are realistic and fully implementable. Implementing the system I propose will provide great satisfaction to those who attempt it.
