What is it about?

Referring to the extended tradition of symbolic interactionism, the presented article analyzes management activities in the context of the activity of people managing teams and the functioning of these teams. As researchers, if we want to fully understand the principles and functions of management in everyday life, we must pay special attention to teams, the process of their creation and teamwork, because organizational life is realized through people working together. In particular, the importance of executive teams, legacy teams , legislative teams , mission -based teams was analysed.) and the importance of the confidentiality principle for enacting teams . Encouraging people to pay attention to the perspectives and activities of managers, I propose in the article a departure from structural approaches to organizational life in favor of paying attention to management in the process of creation
