What is it about?
After the release of a new academic library website created with responsive design, we undertook a summative assessment. The study used focus groups, an online survey, and a usability test to review website features and to determine baseline measures of website access by device (computer, tablet, and smartphone) and by patron group (faculty, graduate students, and undergraduate students).
