What is it about?
TRANSFORMATIONS IN CONTEMPORARY WORK The article considers changes in work. Its aim is to identify modifications in professional duties of employees and show the characteristics of work . The foundation for the considerations is a theoretical debate upported by the author’s own research. The outlined characteristic may provide a baseline for the development of ef fective programmes that can eliminate negative effects of changes in work.
