CONTEMPORARY CUSTOMERS' BEHAVIOR AND THE FUNCTIONING OF AN ORGANIZATION Summary The article touches the problem of functioning of an organization in the context of changes within the behavior of contemporary customers. Noticeable periodical changes in customers' behavior influence the functioning of the organization what bring threats to employees. The goal of the article is to initiate a discussion on the issue of the behavior of contemporary customers and the analysis of its influence on the organizational functioning.
