What is it about?
The purpose of this study is to investigate the viewpoints of patients on euthanasia and to determine whether if they want euthanasia for themselves and their relatives. The patients are those who went to hospital and family health centers

Why is it important?
When the Considering the four main principles of medical ethics, autonomy, don't-harm, doing good practice and justice, euthanasia is a difficult issue to discuss and decide. However, establishing legal infrastructure for some cases or elderly patients may be helpful in preventing the increasing number of elderly suicides. Therefore, before any legal infrastructure is established, there is a need for comprehensive studies based on community and health workers involving healthy and ill individuals.
