What is it about?
This work shows the effect of human resource management strategies on organizational excellence. Investing in employee growth has become one of the most important duties of the HR department in order to deal with changes in the business environment. Human resource management plays an essential role for both private and government institutions since they are seen as the most important units that provide services to a broader part of society.
