What is it about?
This article is an advocates for ethnic minority groups languages. Botswana education system needs to celebrate the linguistic and cultural diversity that exist in primary schools in Botswana. Linguistic and cultural diversity should not be seen as a problem instead should use this phenomenon to enrich the teaching and learning process. The linguistic and cultural diversity is seen as entertainment only where prices are awarded to artists

Why is it important?
Botswana should review its language-in-education policy to accommodate the linguistic and cultural diversity that exits in society. Linguistic and cultural diversity is a resource. Learners can learn about others learners' cultures and this can create a spirit of tolerance and acceptance among them.
