The paper redesigned the existing permit acquisition process in Ghana to make it more customer centered than the former process driven.

Why is it important?
The adoption of the remodeled process of acquiring permit for building projects will go a long way to reduces the time required to do business in Ghana and also control mushrooming development of unauthorized structures in Ghana.
Perspectives
I hope that land policy makers and other city development officers will see the need to implement this proposed permit acquisition system to speed up development and open up business opportunities in Ghana.
