What is it about?

The article is an overview of the role of innate immunity, particularly Toll-like receptors, in pathogenesis of early miscarriages. In this review we also mentioned our own data concerns increased expression of Toll-like receptor TLR3 (ligand - double stranded DNA of viruses) and decreased expression of TLR6 (ligand - bacterial lipopeptides) in endometrium of patients with early miscarriages.
