What is it about?
We compare two Med-Arb process in China and Malaysia. We find China and Malaysian share common eleemnts in Med-Arb process. In this respect, ADR mechanism of two countries are similar.

China is G2 country. And Malaysia is a leading Islam country in Southeast Asia. This study provide an example of dispute resolution mechanism in two countries. It give a gudie to foreign investor in China and Malaysia.
Perspectives
I hope that this study will be a medium to communicate with other researchers in ADR area.
