Why is it important?

Network managers may benefit from our model to diagnose the development of its network and define strategies for consolidation. Scholars may use the life-cycle model to analyze the development path of business networks and its implications for business performance.

Perspectives

I believe that the life-cycle model may help network managers and policy-makers to become aware of the development dynamics of business networks and propose new strategies for consolidation.
