What is it about?
The glaucousness is a waxy layer on leaves and spikes of wheat to protect it from water stress. This study was conducted to get information on the genetic behavior of this trait to help plant breeders to decide the appropriate plant breeding procedure for developing drought-tolerant varieties of wheat.
