What is it about?
Comprehensive evaluation of triple fixed combination treatment of arterial hypertension in real practice. Two methods with reference values of <130/80 and <140/90 mm Hg for ABPM and office BP, respectively, were used to assess BP phenotypes. Controlled hypertension, uncontrolled hypertension, white coat hypertension and masked ineffectiveness of antihypertensive therapy were distinguished. Mean 24-hour, daytime and nighttime BP were calculated at baseline and after 12 weeks of follow-up. Dipping state dynamics and smoothness index were added for objectivity of analysisю
