MSC bone differentiation just mechanical stimuli: rhythm is important

What is it about?

We could trigger MSC differentiation into bone lineage (Wnt, beta catenin) with only mechanical stimuli, no growth or differentiation factors used, also showing a threshold and an influence of rhythm of stimulation: that is, one stimulus did nothing, but further on the more and more frequent you stimulated the more Wnt pathway was activated
