What is it about?

The purpose of the article is to identify and describe various types and sources of organizational dysfunctions. We identified two major areas of pathologies: strategic area and operational area. The main pathologies identified in the strategic area are: lack of a clear strategic objective, absence of relationship between the inputs and the effects, organizational dissociation, lack of trust, exhaustion of resources. In the area of operational subjects, we found: pathological organizational games, bad relationships, ineffective communication, inappropriate division of labour, unethical behaviour and breach of the law.
