Why is it important?

As we know nowadays treatment using dental implants is a routine and successful modality for tooth replacement without jeopardizing neighboring teeth with better esthetics and stability of course in patients with a good oral hygiene. In some cases there is not enough bone for dental implant insertion so we should use of graft materials to enhance the bone dimensions .This article is about one of the methods to increase the bone width and the results after a year.

Perspectives

I think this study has been performed as sophisticated as possible to show the outcomes of a method to improve the dental implant site by use of domestic bone block. The results were promising ,especially the results after one year of implant loading were stable.
