What is it about?
On the basis of the analysis of features of efficiency research of systems functioning purposeful processes, the conclusion is drawn on relevance of the solution of some modern research problems on the basis of analytical estimation of operational properties indicators. A number of new systems and processes of their functioning operational properties researches directions is given. Among them, there are system capability (potentiality) and information technologies capability. A role of information technologies are considered during functioning of systems. The role of information technologies for systems improvement is discussed. Examples of models of the improved system functioning effects formation are offered. An example of operational properties of information technology use indicators calculation is provided.
