What is it about?
This study explores Luke's use of glossolalia in the book of Acts as it relates to the church's cross-cultural missionary mandate. The primary argument is that tongues are meant to orient the church to cultural and linguistic otherness in the missio Dei, or mission of God as the church pushes forward to unreached places.
