What is it about?

The study is an overview of the neurodevelopmental characteristics of neurological-based achievement difficulties, especially autism, in terms of talent development. The analysis covers the relationship between autism and intelligence, highlighting the roles of executive functions, pattern recognition, systematization, and speech, and demonstrating the impact of complex developmental procedures. A key issue is creativity which is also different from the usual in neurotypical development and shows a relationship with psychotic states. The correlations indicate which factors require special attention when atypical nervous system development is coupled with outstanding abilities and striving for strong development. Early intervention and environmental factors can play a crucial role in the development of special abilities towards talent. Along with the characteristics of autism, we describe specific options for talent management.
