What is it about?

In this study are presented clinical approaches in lambs with experimentally induced haemonchosis. Clinical signs, changes in bodyweight and egg shedding were observed weekly for 77 days. The most common clinical signs were weakness, lethargy, lack of appetite, thirst, increased heart rate and breathing, pale conjunctiva and gingiva and mushy stools. Observed manifestation started at day 21 after infection and were most pronounced between 35 and 49 day.
