Why is it important?

Its very important to understand the signs and symptoms of heart attack and seek medical advice at the earliest. At the same time its important to be aware that Heart attacks do not always present with the classical signs and symptoms.

Perspectives

This case represents a very uncommon presentation of acute heart attack. Patient actually presented with severe headache instead of chest pain and was investigated for intra-cranial bleed instead. Once this was excluded, the ECG was looked upon and Cardiac Advice was sought.
