Teamwork in educational process in management studies in Poland is widely known and popular solution. It faces cultural issues of Polish society.

Why is it important?
It has been shown that students are divided in opinion on teamwork as educational solution. There is also a difference in the assessment of group work in two cases: the general situation and when students evaluate themselves.
Perspectives
The inspiration for the creation of this work is the experience in conducting classes with students and encountering problems in implementing this type of solution in the education process.
