What is it about?
Exercise has many benefits throughout the body, one of which is in fat tissue. We show that the anti-inflammatory benefits of exercise in fat are not dependent on an hormone involved in metabolism (FGF21) but FGF21 does display beneficial anti-inflammatory functions in a sedentary condition.
