What is it about?
A rare case of Klinefelter syndrome, with increased libido, rather than the usual low sexual drive.

Why is it important?
This case is one of very rare cases of increased sexual desire in a patient with Klinefelter syndrome. It is opposite of what we know, and revealed that while testosterone is crucial for libido, it is not absolutely necessary for it to occur.
Perspectives
I hope that this case report will stimulate research into other factors that play some roles in sexual drive; I also believe that this can encourage more researches into the neuropsychiatric symptoms in Klinefelter syndrome.
