What is it about?

Crumb rubber modified asphalt binders (CRMAs) does indeed enhance the crack propagation resistance of asphalts. However, S is not as small as possible. it should be noted that CRMAs exhibit a notable sensitivity to long-term isothermal cold-conditioning. Specifically, when deployed under conditions of extremely low ambient temperatures, there is a risk that the materials may experience cracking prior to undergoing relaxation.
