What is it about?

Reflection and scattering of waves in inhomogeneous medium hinder the transmission of wave energy over significant distances. This article presents an algorithm for determining the parameters of a moving medium under which waves propagate without reflection. Waves on a shallow water flow in a channel with a variable bathymetry are considered as an example.
