In the second part the study of court - referred cases of child sexual abuse is displayed. In sample was included only such cases where a victim was a girl and a perpetrator adult male person. We present results from quantitative and qualitative analysis of Slovenian sample of 74 - expert opinions, made in the last 10 years in the phase of filed allegations against perpetrator. All cases of expert opinion were made by the same expert; our judicial appraisals were designed according to the presiding judge’s questions associated with the victims and their eventual psychological signs and consequences of the sexual abuse.
