What is it about?
To do the things we do involves us knowing to know to do them. A smoker knows to smoke and may say it is just a habit. However there is the knowing behind it to know to smoke. This applies to any problems people may have whether physical or emotional. To bring about a change involves a change in Being.

Why is it important?
If a Therapist or person can find out how another knows to know to be then they can resolve the problem or understand them in a better way. This article is about how we think that keeps us in a Stuck State and what is it that needs to be done to be unstuck.
Perspectives
Writing this article was a wonderful opportunity to share our research with people who are looking for change in any aspect of their lives. The knowledge we have acquired over the years has helped many clients who have learned about it. We hope it will create an interest in you to want to learn more from our seminars and books.
