What is it about?

In this paper the problem of optimization design of a microwave wearable antenna is investigated. We have successfully combined evolution strategy based optimization algorithm and numerical model of antenna and simplified human body model. The result is the design of the antenna that can operate well close to human body.

We present a successful design method that can be used to improve many other wearable antennas. It is computationally cost effective thanks to the use of simplified human body model.

Perspectives

We will continue on improving other wearable antennas with the method presented in this paper.
