What is it about?
On top of one hill next to Vallermosa on Sardinia, Italy, are three sacred wells dating to the Late Bronze Age. These wells were erected by members of the Nuragic culture and contemporary places show that they are likely associated with sacred areas and settlements. This study informs about the first attempt to map the area around the wells with the help of geophysical methods. This non destructive way of archaeological investigation will allow to define the extend of the site and the existence of a settlement sourounding the sacred area.
