What is it about?
Usually the Kelvin-Voigt laws are incorrectly used when dealing with structural dynamics problems, such as implicitly assuming that a material is visco- elastic. The paper proposes the use of Laplace- Carson transformations in order to make possible the use of more appropriate laws.
