Why is it important?

I have proposed a new approach to study Wulitou "Nonsense."

Perspectives

While many previous studies focused on the relationship between Wulitou "Nonsense" and politeness maxims, I have adopted a new analytic approach to study this unique type of humor in the context of Taiwan. In addition, I have further discussed how Taiwanese's frequent use of Wulitou "Nonsense" reflects their society.
