I hope that readers are convinced, as much as I am, that the dosage of monoclonal antibodies for treatment of inflammatory/autoimmune diseases needs to be scrutinized. Dosage schemes elaborated in clinical trials can not be translated 1 to 1 for my next patient; postmarketing analysis of these preps is imperative
