Why is it important?
The results of this study could provide useful diagnostic and predictive information about measurable indicators of the perception of occupational pressures, personality factors, coping strategies and specific effects of stress on individual and group/ department level of the ICU medical staff.
Perspectives
Further research should focus on better understanding of coping strategies used by highly resilient medical staff and how they maintain a more resilient and healthier psychological profile.
