What is it about?
To suggest a suitable delivery method for pregnancy with cardiac disease, this study analyzed how each delivery method influences cardiac function using a noninvasive and continuous measurement technique.

Why is it important?
We used continuous noninvasive accurate method to measure the constantly changing hemodynamics during labor. And Interrupted time-series analysis (ITSA) for multiple groups was accompanied to estimate the trends and changes for pregnant women during labor.
Perspectives
Current improvements in cardiology have improved the number of heart disease women with a chance of pregnancy. However, the evidence concerning the management of pregnancy and delivery in cardiac disease is still insufficient. I hope this article helps to determine the appropriate delivery mode individually.
