What is it about?
A modern manager should have multiple features and skills, which can allow him to solve problems and challenges occurring in multicultural teams. In each system an organization is different and it is impossible to create one coherent model of managing multicultural teams or organizations. Number of barriers and problems well diagnosed is a base for prepared strategies of multicultural organization management. Due to the editorial restrictions, the main focus of the article is in problems and barriers in management of multicultural teams, with included role of a manager in this process.

Why is it important?
The globalization of the world' economy promotes the development of multicultural organizations. It is a challenge for managers, but also for the employees themselves. They need to have many features and skills, which will enable them facing the problems and barriers, brought by the managing of multicultural teams.
Perspectives
The description's aim is to show the impact of multiculturalism on the management of teams and the organization, including identifying the problems and barriers associated with the presence of many cultures within one organization.
