What is it about?

Non-technical explanation? We use equations and modelling and stuff. Molecules move around, they are affected by external forces like an electric field. We want to understand what is going on there.

Why is it important?

We reproduce known laws about dieletric spectroscopy and introduce new laws by inspecting full evolution equations. It is a good starting point to model the behavior of complex liquids studied in dielectric spectroscopy.
