Aspects of cold knowledge in the enterprises, including inter alia database and internal documentation resources and organizational procedures related to them, are often overlooked in contemporary research papers.

Perspectives

The challenge is to include in the research project not only the degree of formalization of intra-corporate relations, but also the formal aspects of relationships between organizations.
